James Badcock
James is the CEO and Founder of Dialogue Private Office. A seasoned private client lawyer, he specialises in tax, estate planning, and trusts, advising high-net-worth individuals, international entrepreneurs, family offices, and trustees navigating complex cross-border issues.
James began his career at Macfarlanes before joining Collyer Bristow, where he served as Head of the Geneva office and later as Head of Private Client Services. He went on to become a director in PwC’s Private Client Legal team in London, before establishing his own independent practice in 2021. Since then, James has acted as general counsel for a select group of longstanding private clients and consulted law firms, providing expert tax and legal guidance.
With enduring ties to Switzerland, James is Co-Chair of the UK Chapter of the British Swiss Chamber of Commerce. He regularly advises and visits clients in Dubai, the Channel Islands, and Monaco.

Rebecca Ellis
Rebecca is a highly regarded adviser with over two decades of international experience, based in Geneva and originally from the UK. Noreen Kidunduhu

Phillip brings over twenty-five years of expertise in Switzerland’s finance and fiduciary services sector and is based in Geneva.
He draws on varied experience in technical and business roles at trust companies, a fintech start up and his own pensions advisory firm, to assist with projects for both high net worth individuals and trust companies.
