James Badcock
Private Client General Counsel
James is the CEO and Founder of Dialogue Private Office. A seasoned private client lawyer, he specialises in tax, estate planning, and trusts, advising high-net-worth individuals, international entrepreneurs, family offices, and trustees navigating complex cross-border issues.
James began his career at Macfarlanes before joining Collyer Bristow, where he served as Head of the Geneva office and later as Head of Private Client Services. He went on to become a director in PwC’s Private Client Legal team in London, before establishing his own independent practice in 2021. Since then, James has acted as general counsel for a select group of longstanding private clients and consulted law firms, providing expert tax and legal guidance.
With enduring ties to Switzerland, James is Co-Chair of the UK Chapter of the British Swiss Chamber of Commerce. He regularly advises and visits clients in Dubai, the Channel Islands, and Monaco.

Beverley brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across product development, technology, marketing, and strategy.
Her career includes senior roles at Thomson Reuters, The Times & Sunday Times, and Elite Technology, where she led international teams and delivered large-scale product transformations. Beverley is recognised for her ability to translate vision into execution, combining commercial expertise with forward-looking insight to help organisations anticipate change and adapt with confidence.
Alongside her corporate career, she is the Founder of Purpose Life Coaching & Consulting. She is actively involved in supporting early-career development, work that enriches the values-led, growth-focused perspective she brings to Dialogue.

Rebecca is a highly regarded adviser with over two decades of international experience, based in Geneva and originally from the UK. After a distinguished career as a private banker with Barclays in both London and Geneva, she established her own advisory firm, supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with a full spectrum of wealth planning and financial matters.
Rebecca is known for her ability to collaborate seamlessly with leading banks, asset managers, and professional advisers in Switzerland and beyond, ensuring her clients receive integrated, best-in-class solutions. Her global perspective is reflected in a diverse client base spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australasia, and Canada.

Phillip brings over twenty-five years of expertise in Switzerland's finance and fiduciary services sector and is based in Geneva.
He draws on varied experience in technical and business roles at trust companies, his own financial advisory firm serving hedge-fund executives and most recently a Swiss fintech, to assist with projects for both high net worth individuals and trust companies. His extensive work with trust businesses includes helping them establish their presence in Switzerland, acquire other trust companies, manage operational risk & legal engagements and develop their future Swiss wealth offering.
